Up to three times per calendar week, SystemExperts performs a service integrity check. We compare the set of TCP/IP services offered by a designated set of Internet facing machines and notify you if the profile changes or if any new services have been added.

Similarly, SystemExperts monitors your web site home page and static content linked from that home page daily (during the business week) for adverse changes and notifies you of any problems that we find. 

PATCHperfect^SM

PATCHperfect is an efficient way to ensure that critical systems are always up to date. Based on a detailed inventory, SystemExperts periodically monitors the vendors of that equipment and software, and notifies you of relevant patches or updates. We only send alerts when patches are specifically appropriate for your environment,

VWTalert^SM

On a weekly basis, SystemExperts provides you with information about Viruses, Worms, or Trojans specifically relevant to your environment. This service complements the ongoing use of comprehensive antivirus solutions and will minimize your risk of falling victim to malware. Like in PATCHperfect, we only send alerts about Virus, Worm, or Trojan risks that are appropriate for your environment, thus removing the burden of your staff sorting through needless volumes of malware information sources. This focus reduces the likelihood that your staff will overlook a critical update.

DOMAINcheck^SM

On a monthly basis, SystemExperts verifies the expiration of an agreed upon list of Internet domain names and provides notification of expiration dates closer than 60 days. SystemExperts also notifies you if the information (contact names and phone numbers) in the registration changes. Many large organizations have accidentally lost control over their domain names by missing renewal dates.

EXPERTscan^SM

EXPERTscan is an automated methodology created by SystemExperts to identify configuration issues that introduce unnecessary risk into your environment. At monthly intervals, SystemExperts performs an EXPERTscan of your Internet perimeter and/or internal systems - consisting of an agreed upon set of IP addresses. During the first month of each calendar quarter, you receive a Quarterly Baseline report. During the next two months, you receive a Delta Report that describes what has changed since the most recent quarterly baseline.

HACKERwatch^SM

SystemExperts periodically monitors Internet sites including hacker community groups for information about our clients. SystemExperts notifies you if it discovers information that it believes to be a cause for concern.

The letter is delivered both as a form letter that you can distribute as well as customized letters sent by SystemExperts to designated third parties.
